Art In Motion

My entry for the Art In Motion Competition 2012 run by Crawley Council near where I live. The brief involved illustrating a piece of sport that occured in the Crawley Borough in the past 12 months, and the winning five entries will become part of a permanent exhibition in the K2 Leisure Centre in Crawley.

The Clockwork Ballroom

Topic Six: Design Your Own Pokemon
This is Poseidoct. He may look like an ordinary octopus but he is huge in size and carries a lethal punch! He's so huge you can't even keep him confined to the illustration box! I decided to totally hand paint the whole card and add the text in on Photoshop afterwards. I had a lot of fun with this and is probably one of the most nerdy things I've ever drawn!
